Today I’m going to share with you, five mondern quilt tutorials that other quilters have created. They’re amazing! I truly want to make each one. If only I had more time, and a more trustworthy machine. Let me explain…
Some of you might be wondering how my 24 hour sew-a-thon went. Well, after only 6 hours of sewing, my machine broke. Unfortunately I don’t have any personal photos to share with you, since I was unable to finish any projects. Sigh! It really was a sad situation. And as a result, since I didn’t have a sewing machine to occupy me, I didn’t do so hot on my electronic fast either. Once again, sigh!
So, what does a person like me do when she’s blue and her sewing machine is broke, well, she looks at quilts instead.
Here are a few favorites that I found, and each of them comes with a tutorial. Isn’t that great?!
Enjoy.
The two great quilts pictured above were made by blempgorf . You can find a spiderweb quilt tutorial by following the before mentioned link.
This fun beauty is currently being made as a quilt-along over at Oh, Fransson! Head on over and join the Tokyo Subway Quilt Tutorial.

I need to share with with my MIL. She’s an awesome quilter.
These quilts are beautiful. I’ve always wanted to learn how to sew a quilt, but I never seem to find the time to learn new creative skills {plus, quilts seem really intimidating}. Maybe, that’ll be one of my new goals!
Oh I love these!!!!! Beautiful!
Sorry I have been MIA, but now that my babies are back at school I can come play with my art and blogging buddies! So I will stop by again soon! Xo Carrie

Sorry
Angela these are awesome! I think you could make these quilts in a cinch because you are that good. I think that you should take some of these patterns and put you own spin on it. You are always so good at that. You can take these quilts for awesome to a masterpiece. If you ever want to try to do these and then give your prototypes away I am always up to getting extra blankets. I hope your week goes better then you weekend. Miss you tons. Love you! Jene
