    Hi ,

We are announcing an exciting German Christmas Market “Christkindlmarkt” that will take place at This is the Place State Park in Salt Lake City. The dates of the market are November 29, 30 and December 1. We would LOVE you to be a vendor. I have attached a vendor information packet. We are in the process of filling our final slots. I would be willing to offer a 10′ x 10′ booth for $100 and 10% of sales. Please let me know if you have questions or are interested in becoming a vendor. We are trying to finalize vendors . ..if possible, please reply by July 1st.

Also, I have included below the publicity we are planning with this event.

    Thank you,

    Allyson Chard

    PUBLICITY:
-Personal invitations to a VIP list
-Mailer to targeted zipcodes (we are going for a more upscale clientele)
-Channel 2 News has committed to broadcast their weather portion live from the market AND FRESH LIVING WILL ALSO BROADCAST LIVE FROM THE MARKET
-Thursday night we are planning a large service endeavor with both the S.L and Granite School District. Children who bring in a new or lightly used coat will receive a German paper lantern and participate in a traditional St. Martin’s Lantern parade. We will have at least 700 elementary school children and their families on Thursday night. We are doing this service endeavor with the purest intentions but realize that there will be a lot of media hype surrounding it.
-This is the Place Park advertises in both newspapers.
-We will supply flyers and email flyers to each of our vendors to distribute
-We will plan for local choirs to perform bringing in families and friends.
-This is the Place is connected with all media channels and we plan to do interviews etc. of this event
